Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fb99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fb99 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming and betting services.

Eligibility and Age Verification

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm and non-negotiable minimum age requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a corporate entity or third party.

The platform employs age verification procedures at the point of account registration and reserves the right to request official identity documentation — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be frozen pending investigation, and any balance held in the account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.

Account Registration

• Account dormancy: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. fb99 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy as communicated to the player prior to any deduction.

fb99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the decision.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fb99 login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your device.

• Do not share your password with any other person, including fb99 support staff. Legitimate fb99 support agents will never ask for your password.

Players must complete KYC verification before a withdrawal can be processed. fb99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days; actual credit times depend on the payment method selected.

Additional withdrawal conditions:

• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. See Section 7.
• fb99 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• fb99 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to the player's account balance if the request cannot be completed for technical or compliance reasons, after which the player may submit a new request.
• Deposits made but not used for gameplay within 30 days may be returned to the original payment method subject to applicable fees.

All financial transactions on the fb99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). fb99 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Bonuses and Promotions

fb99 offers a range of promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all fb99 promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Different game types contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution rates. These rates are specified in the individual offer terms.

fb99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The platform's decision on all matters relating to bonus eligibility, wagering satisfaction, and payout approvals is final.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Each product category on fb99 — sports betting, live casino, slots, Rooster Rumble — operates under its own specific game rules which are displayed within the relevant product section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all fb99 gaming products:

• Once a bet, wager, or game round has been confirmed by the player and accepted by the fb99 system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• fb99 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been placed or resolved due to a software malfunction, connectivity error, data feed error, or any other technical fault that has produced an incorrect result. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• fb99 reserves the right to limit maximum stakes, restrict access to specific games or markets, or close bets for any player at its sole discretion without being required to give a reason.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting or encouraging any other person to do so
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with fb99 in any way not expressly permitted by fb99
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or faults to gain an unfair advantage, whether or not the exploitation results in a financial gain
• Engaging in collusion with other players, whether on the same game or across different accounts
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using the fb99 platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to fb99 at any stage, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's fb99 account without authorisation
• Using the fb99 platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner that fb99 determines to be abusive, including through low-risk bet patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements

fb99 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. The platform cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in connection with any investigation into illegal activity involving the fb99 platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the fb99 platform — including but not limited to the fb99 brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, audio, video, and data feeds — are the proprietary property of fb99 or its licensed third-party providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fb99 platform solely for their personal recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, or publication of any fb99 content; modification or creation of derivative works; commercial use of any platform materials; reverse engineering of any software; or scraping or automated extraction of data from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of fb99 intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the fb99 platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact fb99 via the support email provided in Section 16.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fb99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

fb99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or events beyond fb99's reasonable control.

In no event shall fb99 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; loss of data; loss of profits; or any damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.

fb99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits fb99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy and Data Protection

fb99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an fb99 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the fb99 Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data processing activities on fb99 include: account registration and identity verification; transaction processing and fraud prevention; customer support interactions; compliance with legal and regulatory obligations; and, where the player has opted in, marketing communications. fb99 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with third-party service providers — including game studios, payment processors, and KYC verification providers — is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by fb99, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to the fb99 support email set out in Section 16.

Responsible Gaming

Amendments to These Terms

fb99 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via a notice displayed on the fb99 platform upon login, and/or via a notification to the player's registered mobile number. The revised Terms will specify their effective date.

Your continued use of the fb99 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen under the prior version of the Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. fb99 recommends that players check the Terms & Conditions page at regular intervals, particularly during active promotional periods when supplementary terms may apply.

Governing Law and Disputes

The fb99 platform operates under an international gaming licence. Services are provided on an offshore basis to players in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the fb99 platform is in compliance with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. fb99 makes no representation or warranty that the platform is legal, available, or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fb99 holds its gaming licence. fb99 and the player agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described below.

Internal dispute resolution: Any complaint or dispute relating to your fb99 account, a specific bet or game round, a payment transaction, or any other platform matter should first be directed to the fb99 support team via the contact details in Section 16. fb99 will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Players are requested to exhaust the internal dispute resolution process before pursuing any external remedies.
